Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, “Personal Data Protection Code”, the sole proprietorship G&G di Gennari Aimone, with registered office at Via Enrico Fermi, 12 – 20813 Bovisio Masciago (MB), Italian Tax Code GNNMNA67L16D286X, hereby informs you that any personal data provided by data subjects will be processed as described below:

Data will be processed for the entire duration of the established contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the fulfillment of all legal obligations, as well as for potential future commercial purposes between G&G di Gennari Aimone and the data subjects.
