Processing
G&G Pannelli monitors every step of the processing, both in-house and through external partners.
In a short time, we can provide any type of processing, from simple cutting to more precise squaring, thanks to our new Gabbiani panel saw.
We also supply semi-finished panels already edged with polyurethane glues, thanks to our Stefani edgebanding cell with automatic return.
External Processing
Should additional processing be required — from milling to more complex shaping and drilling — we have been working for years with some of the best subcontractors in the industry.
In particular, we can support the customer with any processing that may be required, either carried out in-house or through trusted subcontractors in the industry, who have been our partners for many years:
- Profiled
- Perforated
- Fitted with hardware
- Plated
- Veneered
- Painted
- Edged on curved surfaces
both for small quantities and for in-line production.
Cutting and Squaring
For these processes, the programs are sent directly from the technical office to the machinery, where the panel processing phase begins.
At the company, we have two panel saws available, one of which is new, for highly precise cuts.
Edgebanding
After the previous processing steps, the job order is placed on a pallet and sent to the edgebanding department for the final stage of product processing.
We use a high-efficiency squaring and edgebanding cell to ensure an excellent-quality product.

Our experience and deep knowledge of the market, materials, and finishes — along with our ability to create decorative combinations suited to all needs, blending innovation and aesthetics — are at your disposal for interior design projects.
The sales office handles the complete management of incoming orders and purchasing to ensure continuous product availability.
All requests are processed immediately in order to ensure the fastest possible response, whether the processing is carried out in-house or externally.
Territorial Coverage
We believe in direct “workshop-level” support for our customers and therefore invest in a sales network that regularly covers the territory.
Our company fleet includes 5 owned vehicles, ensuring fast deliveries and on-time service.
